Utility Billing

Water & Sewer/Garbage Bills are mailed out quarterly (March 20th, June 20th, September 20th, December 20th) and are due 30 days after mailing date.  Actual meter readings are taken for every account.  Billing periods are for the previous quarter.  Bills are calculated based on water consumption in addition to base rates.  For questions regarding your bills, please contact the City of Marion Utility Clerk at 715-754-2124.

 

Bill Payment Options

We have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill.

• Pay by Mail

Payment can be sent to:

Please include the top stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited.

• Pay in Person

During normal business hours (Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm), customers can make payments at our office, located at 217 North Main Street, Marion.

After business hours, payments can be dropped off in the night deposit box located at our office outside of the main entrance.

• Online payments

Online payments are available at https://cityofmarionwi.gov/payments

 

Billing Change

All changes on bills need to be made with the Utility Clerk at 715-754-2124 as soon as possible.  If you are moving out of your home, please notify us prior to the last day in the home.
