Clerk-Treasurer's Office
The City of Marion is staffed with a Clerk-Treasurer and a Deputy Clerk-Treasurer. Both are responsible for the overall efficient and effective operation of city government.
Regular duties are to record and manage all legal and financial transactions of the City as well as duties requested by the Common Council.
Other duties include elections, licensing, tax collections and utility billing.
Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The office is closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
